Coco Fibre – single pack with 250g Premium Natural Coconut Fibre. It is an extremely versatile product that is ideal for using in hamper baskets, bags, containers, nested boxes, on top of potted planters and more. Coconut fibre is 100% natural and has no additives or chemicals and is taken directly from the coconut husk.
Recommendation is to use 10% - 30% of Coco fibre in your growing medium.
Coco fibre is a great alternative to peat moss and feature neutral pH, anti-fungal properties. With a moisture capacity up to eight times their weight, and the presence of phosphorus and potassium salts, this is the perfect growing medium.
The fibrous nature of the material is also porous, allowing for optimal airflow and drainage to foster healthy roots and plant growth. Coir fibre is easy to form to fit most any outdoor planting container.
